Wroclaw
Wroclaw is another city in Poland which has developed contacts with the City of Hradec Králové. It is the centre of Lower Silesia. It is one of the oldest, largest and most important cities in Poland. Future co-operation is highly desirable and useful for both cities, especially concerning their geographic location close to each other. The partnership contract between our two cities was oficially signed in June 2003 by Mr. Oldřich Vlasák, mayor of Hradec Králové, and Mr. Rafal Dutkiewicz, mayor of Wroclaw.

The first historical siting of Hradec Králové Board of representatives abroad took place in Wroclaw on 18th December 2003. The representatives disscus with their colleagues about the function of local government, infrastructure etc.
