Range of activities

- Issues trade licenses for individuals and judicial entities for notice free trades
- Issues certificates on trade licenses
- Carries out  changes of data in trade licenses
- Issues decisions on trade license nullification
- Issued decisions on trade license stoppage
- Maintains the register of entrepreneurs belonging to Hradec Králové Trade Office
- Maintains the register of establishments in the territorial district of Hradec Králové
- Carries out  changes of data on starts or termination of trade  in establishment
- Supervises duties stipulated by the Trade Act and by specific laws  concerning  entrepreneurial activities
- Checks the adherence to the rules of Market Regulation of the City of Hradec Králové
- If violation of the Trade Act or Market Regulation rules is found, the Department imposes fines in administrative or ticket procedure
- Cancels the trade license if the entrepreneur ceased to fulfill the condition of impeccability, judicial capability or a bankruptcy order on his property was issued
- Stops or cancels the trade license, if the entrepreneur violates in a serious way conditions imposed by the Trade Act or by special regulations
- Prepares base data for bodies acting in prosecution
- Collaborates with the Police of the ČR (economic criminal police, foreigner police), Revenue Office, Social Security Office, Labor Office, ČOI, ČIŽP, OHS etc..
- Maintains the register of sanctions
