Range of activities
- Carries out administrative procedure in compliance with the Act on Transgressions No. 200 / 1990 Sb.- Carries out administrative procedure in compliance with § 5 of the Civil Code.
- Deals with and executes compliances and other submissions by citizens
- Collaborates methodically with other departments on the field of offences agenda
- Provides reports on reputation of the citizens when requested by police and courts
- Keeps register of offences; registers the citizens for permanent or temporary stay
- Issues receipts on domicile, condition; notifies citizens, organizations , authorities of addresses
- Registers the changes of personal data of citizens ( changes of condition, name, surname, birth of a child, decease)
- Registers conscripts
- Collaborates with the Construction and Communications Department on assignment of land-registry and orientation numbers
- Collaborates with the Police of the ÈR, Statistics, Central Citizen Register, Aliens Police
- Prepares and organizes elections, census of inhabitants, houses and apartments
- Keeps the birth register, cooperates with the Regional Statistics on assignment the birth numbers, issues requests for support at the birth of a child, reports for the authorities, clears reports on children born out of wedlock; informs the Regional Section of Passports and Visa when foreign children are born
- Recognizes the affiliation by the agreeing declaration by the parents before the Municipality Office of Hradec Králové, carries out the agenda of weddings, participates on the wedding ceremonies, issues the wedding registration documents, carries out the statistics, sends reports to ÈSSZ
- Carries out the agenda of deceased, performs the entries, issues death certificates, requests for funeral supports, reports for the authorities, takes away and sends away the identity cards of deceased persons.
- Carries out additional records in all registers, issues respective documents and sends reports to the Main Register
- Carries out the agendas of name or surname changes, surname changes after divorce
- Issues legal ability documents (no impediment documents) for matrimony with a foreigner, prepares documents for foreign countries, cooperates with the special register in Brno
- Certifies documents and signatures by citizens
- Certifies and sends off requests for criminal records
- Collects administrative fees and issues receipts
- Organizes elections, inhabitants census, census of houses
- Carries out the agenda in the region of the freedom of assembly
- Permits public fundraising organized on the territory of the City
- Organizes the official board
- Participates in ordered executions of decisions,
- Organizes the generally beneficial work
- Carries out the agenda of compensations for persons inflicted by the communist regime
- Carries out the labeling of streets and public spaces
- Performs the agenda of integration of persons granted refugee status
