An area between the street Rašínova (an arterial road to Pardubice) and the River Labe – sports and leisure area, developing and rebuilding area with the present sports grounds (running track, volleyball courts). For this locality a study on using the area has to be worked.

S 2 – Cadastral zone – Hradec Králové

An area located on the right bank of the River Orlice close to ‘Všesportovní stadion’ (all-sport stadium) along the 2nd city ring road. Area is suitable for constructing a city outdoor swimming pool with additional services. An object of ‘Pivovarská fošna’ – preserved monument, which is possible to be rebuilt for needs of coherent civic amenities is a part of this area. For this area an urban study has to be worked.

A locality lies by ‘Hvězda’ – sports and leisure area by the street Štefánikova in the suburb Moravské Předměstí. It is connected to existing sports grounds TJ Sokol Třebeš (P.T. Association) – football pitch, the building of Sokol Hall. For this area a study with concrete use of spaces based on authorized study of finishing ‘Moravské Předměstí’ (1987) has to be worked.

An area located in the locality called ‘Plachta’, connected and expanding existing grounds of ‘TJ Jezdec’ (equestrian association). The area is located close to the Natural Monuments ‘Na Plachtě 1 and 2’ (declared by the Ministry of the Environment and the Department of the Environment of the Municipal Authorities of Hradec Kríálové). For this area the urban study has been worked, but a study of concrete use of developing areas has to be worked.
