The city’s peripheral area lies between the streets Pardubická and Kutnohorská, on the left side of the way-out, the route to Kutná Hora. This area is situated approximately 2kms of the motorway D 11. For this area a territory-planning basis – an urban study, will have to be worked in detail.

Rebuilding area (former TESLA’s area) close to a central part of the city along the street Víta Nejedlého and by the 2nd city ring road. It is necessary to estimate building state of the present objects and to project their use, eventually their reconstruction or demolition.

V 23– Cadastral zone – Nový Hradec Králové

Grounds of a storehouse in a locality called Plachta – situated 3kms of the centre, approximately 0.5kms of the main road, the route Hradec Králové – Brno. The main object has two naves, the steel hall HARD, the width 2x18 ms, the length 120ms the height of the hall under a truss is 9ms, it has also skylights. The possibility of crane rail also exists, the floor area is 4.400 square meters, cladding with external insulation including the filling of gaps. Municipal engineering – it has been laid on water supplying system and sewage, the possibility of attaching to municipal heating also exists, attaching to electricity within 620ms, at the time being the city is preparing the investment for constructing the initial phase of a spine communication in the locality Plachta consequently it will be necessary to build an access to this object.
