B 1 – Cadastral zone – Plačice

Two localities by the street Kydlinovská in the city’s peripheral area, linked to existing dwelling –houses. They lay approximately 4.5 km’s of the city centre. These areas have been defined for suburban low-rise dwelling, connected with kitchen gardening with the possibility of animal breeding, including additional civic amenities or small-scale production or services. Presumed number of flats in houses is approximately 50. For this area a simple building study has to be worked.

B 2– Cadastral zone – Svobodné Dvory

A developing area lies in the suburban part of Svobodné Dvory – lying approximately 4 km’s of the city centre. A locality lies for civic amenities of the citywide and district importance with function of dwelling. For this area the urban study has been already worked and discussed. In the year 2000 municipal engineering is going to be built. This area located in the north of the street Svinarská, has been defined for quality low-rise houses with a large portion of greening, that from continuous dwelling units with the basic civic amenities for the basic citizens’ needs. Presumed number of flats in houses is approx. 155. The area lies approx. 5 km’s of the city centre.
