The department of municipal property intends to plot all small memorials and works and read their state, value and owner. The final summary will work as background material for making decisions about priority regeneration of individual works. However, there are still some memorials whose history or original form has not been known. Therefore, the city would like to include the public who could significantly help with providing information or historical photos.
The city elaborates the record of artistic works
About two hundred artistic works have been distributed on public spaces in Hradec Králové. The city owns about 70 %
of sculptures, memorials, fountains, memorial tablets, crosses, war memorials or belfries.
